Good vs Bad Website

After researching physical therapy services websites, I was able to find one good and one bad one. Thrive fine in sports rehab showcases their facility very well through their own personal photos and videos that were taken of their staff and their patients. The website is very easy to navigate and their videos discuss what thrive stands for and showcases their message for anyone interested in joining them. The aesthetic of the page is modern with simple color and text. On the other hand, Strive physical therapy website has bright colors and is very wordy. It is difficult to navigate with many titles and subtitles that are also lengthy in words. I noticed that there are not many photos and the photos that are there seem to be taken from Google images. This does not showcase their business well at all.

This assignment has truly taught me the importance of creating a well thought out and organized website for whatever I may be promoting. In my future as a physical therapist who would love to own my own clinic I realize what stands out the most when researching a facility. I noticed how these features within the websites impact how one may view a business. Understanding all of these factors will definitely help me create a website that not only attracts potential patients but also builds credibility. In my future, I plan to incorporate clear navigation, simple wording, real life photos and simple aesthetic. This assignment has been a valuable step and preparing me for that goal.
